SET UP FEE: There is a $300 full set up and clean up fee. For groups exceeding 20 people, an additional setup fee of $15 per person applies. If choosing the "provide your own set up and clean up" option, there is a $150 set up fee. Please note: this does not include the gratuity and it is not automatically added to the invoice. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: After the deposit of $150 (non-refundable) is paid you will be officially booked. You will have 48 hours to pay the deposit. The deposit will go towards the final invoice. The remaining invoice for your party is due in full 2 weeks prior to the date of event. *

CANCELATION POLICY & WEATHER POLICY: You must have a 4-day notice prior to the date of event for all cancellations for a full refund (minus the deposit). Customer is responsible for canceling due to inclement weather within 2 days of your party for a partial refund. In case of rain you will be responsible for providing a covered area for the set up. *
