These perfectly seared jumbo shrimp are known to be subtly sweet with the perfect combination of firmness and tenderness

Salmon is known for its rich and buttery taste, and firm yet tender texture

HIBACHI SCALLOPS* ($55 single protein | $28 two protein combo)

These scallops are seared to perfection and are known to be mild, buttery, and sweet

HIBACHI LOBSTER* ($70 single protein; 2 lobster tails | $35 two protein combo; 1 lobster tail)

The lobster tail is known for its sweet and succulent meat, which is prepared fresh on the grill

Children 10 and under choose one protein:

Prices are subject to change without prior notice and will be confirmed at the time of invoicing. However, if a deposit has been paid before any price change, the prices at the time of booking will be honored.

All entrees are prepared teppanyaki-style & include:

  • Your choice of protein(s)

  • Homemade mushroom soup

  • Mixed spring salad with fresh homemade ginger dressing

  • Hibachi fried rice

  • Hibachi lo-mein noodles

  • Hibachi vegetables (grilled zucchini, onions, carrots, and broccoli)

  • Hibachi sauces (Yum-yum/shrimp sauce, ginger sauce, hot mustard sauce, teriyaki sauce) are all homemade by Chef Jack.
